Scope

This notice applies to the public Vectis website. Processing within the application and for customers is governed by the applicable contracts, service terms, and agreed data-processing instructions.

Data processed during a website visit

To operate the website securely and reliably, our servers and infrastructure providers may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested URL, request time, and diagnostic information. We use it to deliver pages, investigate errors, and protect the service.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, invoice content, or other application customer data to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, scrolling, outbound links, and clicks on demonstration-booking buttons. This helps us understand which information is useful and how visitors find our website.

We use advanced consent mode. Before you make a choice, analytics and advertising storage are denied. Google may receive limited cookieless signals in this state. Analytics cookies are stored only if you allow analytics.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, ads personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled even after analytics is accepted.

Cookies and local choices

The privacy-choice cookie is necessary for the website to remember your decision. Google Analytics cookies are used only after you consent.

Legal bases and purposes

We use analytics cookies and the associated measurement based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy settings.

We process limited technical data needed for security, operation, and abuse prevention based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providers and international transfers

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google acts as our analytics service provider in accordance with the account configuration and data-processing terms.

Google and our infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Demonstration-booking links lead to Calendly. We measure the link click, not the completed booking. Information you enter on Calendly is processed by Calendly under its privacy notice.

Google privacy policy

Retention

User- and event-level retention in our Google Analytics configuration is limited to 14 months. We retain your analytics choice for 6 months, while analytics cookies may last for up to 2 years. Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for service security and reliability.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request:

• access to your personal data,
• correction of inaccurate data,
• deletion of data,
• restriction of processing,
• an objection to processing based on legitimate interests,
• data portability where that right applies,
• withdrawal of consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia or another competent supervisory authority.

Changing your choice

You can change your Google Analytics choice at any time. When you reject analytics, we update consent mode and remove Google Analytics cookies accessible from this website.
